We know that you weren’t looking to build a house. This landed on you. Since Southern California Edison has come up with their plan for Altadena, adequate or not, my idea is to give you the most efficient project possible for a very modest fee on our monthly plan.

We will be available with support if a sticky problem comes up.

It is entirely possible that the project will go smoothly, but we will be there with your complete project record and over 40 years of experience if it doesn’t.

In the Palisades, the process is the same during the project; the onset of your project will be a standard one. We won’t have Edison to contend with.

We know that you are probably a novice in the construction industry. It is intimidating that the architect, the engineers, the contractor, and the building inspector are seasoned professionals, probably good ones.

Still, it may help to have someone with a lot of experience who only cares about your interests. Our monthly plan provides you with that dedicated person for a nominal fee, as well as a seasoned professional who can assist if any hurdles arise.
