Finding a team, getting started.

I can help you find the team you need, or work with the firms you may have found already.  The main idea is that there will be a huge crunch on my industry and every day lost costs money. Temporary housing has a limit under your policy and the carrier could, but may not extend that given the circumstances.  So, we want to get that design, permit and contract asap.

The contract must have provisions for performance on time.  I have written, enforced, negotiated and recovered delay damages on projects and They Are Real.  You will need a guy who can set up these protections and enforce them.  Time is of the essence in construction.
